Stir Fried Rice with Beef, Chicken and Pork

This stir fry rice dish is perfect on a day you don’t want to make choices so you simply add beef, chicken and pork. This may not be the most healthy version of a stir fry but it’s so tasty, the touch of sesame oil, some nice bell pepper dices and carrots mixed with the different meat flavors blend really well together. Powerful dish that I love after a hard day of work or to bury a Sunday hangover.

Hope you guys enjoy!
