What a better way to start the last day of this 2020, a year that has been full of downs and new world experiences led by a huge pandemic, but you know what? today and now I'm just focusing on the delicious cinnamon smell mixed with the hot Nutella scent which makes me want to believe that the year starting tomorrow is going to be better, and that hopefully we can leave behind this nightmare that covid19 has brought into our lives, I also hope that we learn from this 2020 that is about to end, and have more time to family, friends and simply live and enjoy, because life passes by and if one lesson I learnt this year is not to take anything for granted.

Ingredients:
6 slices sandwich bread
6 tbsp Nutella
2 eggs
60 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
oil
Equipment:
1 bowl
1 fried pan
Preparation:
1. Whisk the eggs, the milk, the vanilla and the cinnamon in a bowl
2. Put the pan in the fire on medium and put a bit of oil.
3. Make 3 sandwiches of Nutella, filling each one with 2 Nutella tbsp inside, and once the sandwich is closed, soaked really good in the egg mix.
4. Cook the french toasts in the pan for 1,5 minutes per side.
5. Breakfast is ready to serve. Enjoy!
